Til Ladoo is a traditional maharastrian sweet made using til, jaggery and ghee. This is generally served in festivals. This is very healthy sweet, loved by both adults and kids. Try it out this Ganesh Chaturthi and Enjoy!!!
- Dry roast til in a kadai for about 5 minutes or till it start to change its colour. Once done, transfer it on to a plate.
Grind half of the roasted til, coarsely. Keep this aside.
In a kadai, heat ghee and add jaggery. When jaggery is completely melted, switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit.
Add the roasted til and the cashew nuts, almonds. Mix well and transfer the mixture onto a plate.
When the mixture is still warm, take small portions from the mixture and roll it between your palms to make ladoos.
